Having accumulated nearly 20 years of processing aluminum alloy cylinder tubes, Chengda University is constantly improving the technology and quality to meet the demanding requirements of customers. In 2012, the company established a new processing base-Anhui Chengda Light Alloy Co., Ltd., covering an area of ​​25,000 square meters, with more than 100 employees, and began to extrude aluminum profiles by itself the following year.

Chengda University has excellent equipment to inspect the size and characteristics of the profile. Currently Chengda has its own extrusion equipment and anodizing production line, which can produce cylinder tubes, radiators, structural profiles, actuator bodies and aluminum rods with more than 500 interrupted surfaces. Chengda University can also produce corresponding complex profiles according to customers' special design requirements and export them to overseas customers.
